Stainless steel pressure vessels, also known as stainless steel pressure tanks, pressure-bearing tanks, or pressure stabilizing tanks. These are sealed containers crafted from high-grade stainless steel (such as 304 or 316L), specifically engineered to withstand designated internal pressures. Internally, an air bladder or diaphragm divides the vessel into a gas chamber and a water chamber (or medium chamber). Leveraging the compressibility of gas, the system enables the storage, regulation, and stabilization of pressure.

Our CNC machining workshop is equipped with high-precision machining centers. All operators are proficient in reading drawings, independent programming, machine tool setup, and tool adjustment, and possess comprehensive professional knowledge of various workpiece machining processes, thus ensuring high dimensional accuracy and stable machining quality.

The company is equipped with multiple brand-new CNC lathes and has built a standardized precision machining workshop, which specializes in providing integrated precision turning processing for core components of stainless steel water tanks such as flanges, interfaces, end caps, pipe fittings, and sealing bases, thus controlling the assembly accuracy and sealing performance of water tanks from the source.

The equipment is equipped with a mature CNC servo control system, a rigid bed, and precision ball screws, ensuring stable and controllable positioning accuracy. It can perform composite forming machining of external diameters, internal holes, threads, chamfers, and arcs, and is compatible with cutting various materials such as 304/316L stainless steel and carbon steel. Compared to traditional lathes, CNC machining eliminates human error, significantly improves dimensional consistency in mass production, and prevents problems such as water leakage and assembly jamming caused by excessive tolerances in parts.

Multiple CNC lathes operate simultaneously, enabling both flexible customization and large-scale mass production: small batches of irregularly shaped, non-standard parts can be quickly programmed and sampled, while large batches of standard water tank parts can be processed continuously 24 hours a day, effectively shortening the overall production lead time. All processing steps are completed in-house, eliminating the need for outsourcing. The entire process, including processing techniques, surface finish, and dimensional tolerances, is strictly controlled, reducing intermediate losses and ensuring that all components of each customized product meet the same high standards.

Lathe set

We possess several CNC lathes. All our technicians have 5-8 years of hands-on experience in CNC turning, are proficient in both manual and automatic CNC programming, can independently complete machine tool debugging and process planning, and are skilled in the complete operating procedures of CNC lathes. We implement strict dimensional control throughout the entire machining process to ensure the superior precision of the finished parts.

Welding group

Our certified argon arc welders specialize in stainless steel welding with rich practical experience. They are fully familiar with welding characteristics of 304, 316L and other stainless steel grades, and proficient in DC and pulsed TIG welding. 
Our welders can precisely process thin-wall pipes, tanks, heads, flanges and special-shaped workpieces. By accurately controlling heat input, they effectively avoid common defects such as oxidation discoloration, burn-through, deformation and intergranular corrosion. 
Skilled in single-sided welding with double-sided forming and neat fish-scale welding beads, all welds are smooth, burr-free and pass air tightness and hydrostatic pressure tests stably. Technicians can interpret engineering drawings and carry out welding for pressure vessels and sanitary fluid containers in compliance with relevant welding standards, guaranteeing reliable welding strength, smooth surface and superior corrosion resistance of finished products.
