2600ML Silicone Pressure Barrel Dispensing Machine

1. This machine is a dedicated adhesive applicator for 2600ml packaging, offering eight times the capacity of traditional 300ml packaging. Its features include the ability to support continuous operation on production lines, rapid and convenient adhesive changes, low wastage rates, and significant savings in labour costs and adhesive expenditure. The compact design ensures straightforward operation and maintenance.
2. This product's pressure vessel is constructed from seamless carbon steel, offering superior safety compared to competitors' welded materials.
3. The product feed inlet employs large-bore steel tubing for adhesive delivery (whereas standard iron pipes commonly used in the market are prone to rusting). The adhesive transfer hose utilises specially customised imported compound anti-oxidation tubing, offering corrosion resistance, pressure tolerance, and enhanced crack resistance, whilst exhibiting superior flexibility compared to conventional hoses.
4. The drum lid features a custom-moulded, one-piece construction designed by our company, offering enhanced safety compared to aluminium lids from other manufacturers. The pressure drum wall thickness has been increased to 5-6mm, complemented by the addition of an explosion-proof rubber base and external cylinder, significantly improving the safety and reliability of the pressure vessel.

5. The machine incorporates pneumatic components from a renowned Ningbo-based brand, characterised by low repair rates and superior quality reliability.
6. The machine features an automatic pressure relief function; when air pressure exceeds 7 kg, the pressure barrel will automatically vent.
7. Fitted with our proprietary large-volume suction-type silicone dispensing valve, utilising Japanese-imported sealing components. This design offers pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, rapid dispensing, and swift shut-off. Its superior mechanical suction mechanism prevents stringing after valve closure.
8. The control switch permits selection between manual or foot-operated modes according to operational requirements, with manual operation as standard for enhanced user-friendliness. Suitable for dispensing, metering, and fluid control of single-component 2600ml-packaged silicones with good flowability, semi-fluid silicones, sealing greases, thermal pastes, silicone oils, and other chemical products.

Points to Note

1. Should the pressure barrel lid fail to open properly, inspect whether the cylinder rod within the lid has returned to its original position. Do not attempt to force it open directly, as this may deform the cylinder rod, rendering the machine inoperable. Replace the lid, then pressurise and depressurise the system once more until the cylinder rod returns to its upper position before attempting to open it normally.
2. Strictly avoid impact to the cylinder on the pressure barrel lid. During adhesive replacement, personnel must not directly touch the cylinder with hands, as this may cause cylinder rupture or other hazards;
3. Adjust the pressure regulator sequentially according to factory air pressure and dispensing requirements. Machines above 8 kg will automatically depressurise. Avoid excessive adjustment force, as this may cause regulator damage rendering the dispenser inoperable;
4. When production ceases, ensure the dispensing nozzle is sealed with transparent tape or similar to prevent air ingress into the glue valve. This prevents adhesive solidification within the valve, which could cause blockages;
5. Upon completing adhesive changes, ensure all fasteners on the cover are securely tightened. 6. When the dispensing machine is out of service for extended periods, leave the adhesive container within the pressure tank undisturbed. Should adhesive replacement be necessary, reinstall fresh adhesive within minutes to prevent air ingress into the dispensing tube, which may cause adhesive solidification and blockage.
